Accounts for users who purchased the app before it was free are indeed grandfathered. PumpOne support responded very quickly to my support email, and pointed out that I had created a second account some time ago, and that grandfathered routines were tied to the original account. Upon switching the account, the missing routines returned.
Excellent job on the app and with the support. I will continue using and recommending the app for the foreseeable future.
