No reset for password

I enjoyed the fitness class app and have a pain subscription however I now can NOT sign in or get a response from the company apparently without signing in. I have had an injury and have not used it in a while.
Seventy dollars down the drain. If not resolved I will be canceling the auto renew. They should have better support as they are not the only fitness app out there
