It keeps looping rest time. Cant workout if Im resting all the time.
Lost all my data, now it wont even let me log in, and Im paying monthly for this, something needs to get fixed
Every couple of days I have an issue where I cant stop the timer. It just keeps going. An annoyance but not a detraction from me using the app. Love the progressive plans and definitely see and feel the difference. Ive used personal trainers before and these plans feel very similar to that kind of support.
I love this app but the watch version is way too slow to use. I spend half my time in the gym waiting for the next screen to load. Hoping this gets fixed soon.
But I cant. It only works on iOS 8, and for me only my iPad has iOS 8. Please support iOS 7 so i can use it on my phone. Then it would be Update: Im good. Just got an old version :)
This app changed my life, it is the best workout app ever
The new updates to the watch app are fantastic and easily make this the best app to accompany in gym workouts
Bought a Sport Applewatch for the fitness builder app. I was worried because the first version was unusable, however the new release makes working out practical while using the watch with the phone somewhere in the room. When the apps go native later this year, the watch app will be worth the price of the watch. There is now a tips section that explains how to set up the watch so that the workout data is available after completing a set. It works as is should now, and is an asset in the gym. I would add that customer support has been solid with questions answered promptly. Looking forward to the native app in due course.
**Update** after giving this app a bit of a break, Ive started using it again. Yes, the range of workouts is comprehensive. But more importantly, theres an Apple Watch app that actually guides me through the exercises. Bravo! I just wish the buttons were easier to navigate, because of the watch face size: I discarded a workout instead of saving it… Grr. Also, haptic alerts for intervals while on the treadmill would be brilliant!** I LOVED this app when I bought it originally. And it was not cheap, in either price or quality. But gradually they took what I paid for and trashed it. And now theyre expecting more money than ever.
Love the app by far the best out of a half dozen I uploaded and used for a few days. Can you add a pause button to the workouts since the novice fitness geeks might need to rest? On the Apple watch the app closes within seconds bumping the user to the main menu. How about a customer service contact page on your website?
Really enjoying this app. If it had haptic feedback for the rest timer it would be great!
Im paying for "plus" and they say you can print 16 workouts in 30 days. Once you printed 4 or 5 its no longer working. You get an email saying you reached your 16 workout limit. I called theyre support team and all they say is that I reached my limit. Also they dont have a phone no to contact the technical support team, youll have to Who write emails back-and-forth with someone, Who doesnt even give you an answer.
Awesome on both iPhone and the watch.
Everything Im looking for.
I just want to say that I absolutely love this app, the programs and workouts. I could not be happier with my progress. I love the way my body is looking and how I feel. Their support is outstanding as well. Please keep up the great work - I can see myself being a lifetime user of this app. And the monthly subscription cost is peanuts compared to Personal Trainer time at my gym. Well worth it!
Downloaded fitness builder to take the place of jefit - loved the way it looks and the workouts offered but it isnt intuitive at all. When youre working out, you can go in any order but there is no indication from the workout page which exercises have been completed. The thing that caused me to immediately delete this app was when I was standing in the gym on day 2 of my workout plan and couldnt for the life of me figure out how to get to a new day of my workout - the system kept bringing me back to my old workout which appears as if it hadnt been finished but I knew it had. Jefit has features that make it clear that youre ending a workout and you close it out and get a report. Jefit also has a better system of advancing you through your workout - do this exercise then rest, then do it again, until youre done and then it automatically advances you to the next exercise. It also has better notifications that rest is up, etc - the sounds are easier to hear and more predictable. Wish fitness builder spent as much time on functionality as they did the look of it
I rarely review apps but Im writing this only out of frustration. The app works great but its just a blank useless app without the monthly subscription. Im surprised no one is even talking about this. Ive been one of the very early adopters of this app, back when paying 10$ for an app was a big deal. Back then I had access to a big library of workout plans and on top of that Ive even paid for the monthly subscription plan a few times just to support the team. Now it all changed. The app is free for everyone with a free access to only barely one workout plan. Everything else you have to pay for through a monthly subscription. Even those paid for the app before. So much for loyalty. All of those early adopters who paid full price for the app, well screw your all. Pay like everyone else... All while so many apps out there are providing similar options if not better for free. I would stick around as I have no problem paying for your subscription if at least you would have treated your early adopters better. Sorry but no thanks.
Works on iPhone 6, but crashes on iPad.
So glad they finally updated! I have an iPhone 6 Plus and am loving these exercises and logging on my big screen!! Plus now I have the option of using my watch if its too hard to take out my phone. Not to mention these guys are SO QUICK to help if you have any issues. Nice and helpful guys.
